Job Description:

We are a successful local Property Management Company that has been in business over 20 years. The ideal candidate will be a CPA, CPA Candidate or Enrolled Agent with 5 to 7 years solid work history in public accounting and/or private industry who has the potential to become a part of our Executive Team. Must have experience with partnerships, LLCs, and trusts. Responsibilities include preparation of tax files, schedules, estimated payments, revenue reconciliation, bond fund and trust entries. Oversight of Owners' charitable contribution fund. Quickbooks and Excel required. Must be detail oriented and be able to analyze and reconcile accounts and problem solve. Must be a self-starter and work independently as well as coordinate with other team members when needed.
