Ops! You will participate in the design and arrangement of machines
and sequence of operations and check that mandatory modifications
are incorporated to ensure legal compliance. As an employee at

training in a timely manner. What You Will Do /n - Participates in
the design and arrangement of machines within plant facilities to
ensure more efficient and productive layout. /n - Support
production operations metrics for safety, quality ,delivery, and
cost by proactively promoting and executing continuous improvement
projects. /n - Design and development of new or revised
manufacturing processes. /n - May propose product design changes
based on manufacturing feasibility. /n - Conducts tests and
measurements throughout stages of production to determine control
over applicable variables. /n - Troubleshoots and solves production
process problems with processes or equipment already in operation.
/n - Determines Total Productive Maintenance and repair materials
required for machines and equipment. /n - May make recommendations
concerning acquisition and use of new technological equipment and
materials. /n - Train other team members on internal processes. /n
- Execute strategic business process improvements. /n /n
Qualifications You Must Have /n - Typically requires a degree in
Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum
5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a
related field and minimum 3 years of experience. /n - Must have the
ability to obtain and maintain Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and
Explosives (ATF) access. /n /n Qualifications We Prefer /n - Laser
welding experience. /n - Programmable Logic Controller (PLC)
experience. /n - Application Programming Interface (API)
experience. /n - Experience with Non-Destructive Testing and
inspection techniques. /n - Experience with packaging and/or
logistics. /n - Solid interpersonal skills - ability to communicate
and influence at all levels within an organization. /n - Solid
presentation skills - able to analyze, prepare, and deliver
presentations to leadership. /n - Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office

90,000 USD - 182,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith
estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers
several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited
to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a
candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key
skills. Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including
