Software, Inc. (NASDAQ: TTWO).What We NeedA seasoned creator
marketer, with extensive experience in managing creators and/or
influencers within the gaming, or adjacent industry. This position
will work cross-functionally to determine creator needs for our
core game portfolio, as well as nurture and develop strong
relationships with creators. You will work with gaming creators and
agencies to foster relationships, ideate content concepts and will
be responsible for deliverables.You will develop and implement
global strategic creator marketing campaigns for some of 2K's most
popular and up-and-coming core game franchises, such as Sid Meier's
Civilization, XCOM and MARVEL Midnight Suns to name a few. The
ideal candidate lives and breathes creator relations, engaging our
mass community of gamers, and has experience working with gaming
creators across genres, as well as a knowledge of relevant
lifestyle influencers across TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, Instagram and
other relevant platforms.What You Will Do
- Reporting to the Director of Global Creator Marketing, you will
serve as a primary global strategist and project manager for core
game creator marketing campaigns, setting measurable objectives,
working collaboratively with social and community teams to
optimize, creating strategies, driving tactical execution, and
measuring return on investment in service of go-to-market campaigns
for 2K's wide portfolio of games.
- Serve as primary internal subject matter authority for
influencer marketing and community, providing ongoing guidance and
direction as needed to all of 2K's local market teams
worldwide.
- Review and approve global go-to-market plans, ideas and ad-hoc
requests from territory creator/influencer managers as needed.
- Partner with legal, finance, commercial and web teams to drive
2K's influencer affiliate marketing program (IAM) for the Core Game
franchises.
- Supervise and analyze performance metrics for 2K's creator
marketing campaigns and owned channel activations.
- Shareout insights and audience feedback to improve 2K's creator
marketing programs.
- Lead and drive all external vendors supporting 2K's creator
marketing efforts, including creator agencies, talent agencies and
freelance contributors.
- Accurately maintain all budgets and oversee execution of agency
work and prioritization of projects.
- Collaborate with social + community team colleagues to provide
compelling community & creator-led content that will engage fans
via social media.
- Deliver creative, best-in-class strategies to innovate the
gaming creator space.Who We Think Will Be A Phenomenal Fit2K is
looking for a creator marketing professional with experience
launching core video games, a proven track record of strong creator
and/or influencer relationships, experience with on-going lifecycle
management, and a personal passion for the 2K's core game
franchises. You have a team-work mentality and are a seasoned
project manager, capable of motivating, directing, and holding
teams accountable for delivering against global campaign plans
on-time. You have established relationships within the gaming and
lifestyle creator / influencer space and extensive knowledge of
contracting and terms. You understand the relationship between
organic and paid creator content and bring out-of-the-box creative
marketing ideas to the table.You have experience and interest in
taking a data-driven approach to creator marketing strategies. You
are well versed in social and content platforms, especially TikTok,
YouTube, Twitch, Instagram + Twitter, and have a pulse for what
creators are bubbling up on those platforms. Experience working
with PR, community and social teams is essential to understanding
the full ecosystem this role will hit.
- Bachelor's degree in creative, marketing, public relations,
communications; or equivalent work experience
- A minimum of 5-7+ years of creator and/or influencer marketing
(agency or in-house), experience launching core video games is
strongly preferred.
- A consistent track record of developing well-reasoned,
strategic plans and executing to completion.
- Knowledge of video games - especially strategy, shooter, story,
action, and arcade games.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal
communications skills.
- Ability to build strong, productive professional relationships
with cross-functional collaborative partners.
- Proven ability to work with third-party agencies and talent
relations professionals.
- Expert knowledge of all global social platforms and their
nuances: TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, Instagram, Meta, Snapchat,
Giphy
- Familiarity with social listening, video analytics, and creator
marketing tools such as: Spiketrap, Synthesio, Tubular,
