Fixed requirements: Montessori Credential (AMS/AMI) for 3-6, 6-9, 9-12, or 12-18 California or Out-of-State teaching credential or ability to attain appropriate credential BA/BS degree and RICA taken prior to hiring (will consider CBEST candidate) Authorized to work in the United States Desirable personal qualities: A love for children and a desire to meet all students needs Collaborative approach, willingness to partner as we make decisions Ability to skillfully balance multiple responsibilities in a busy public school environment Thoughtful, lifelong learner with a passion for Montessori education Flexible and resilient with a down-to-earth, hands-on-style Sense of humor!
