Hire Location: Roseville, CA (3 locations) & Folsom, CA (1
location) Pay: $40/hour | Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 hrs/day Type:
Temp-to-Hire Job Description: We need a skilled Facilities
Maintenance Technician immediately! This temp-to-hire role floats
between four office business parks. Candidates must meet all
requirements and be ready to handle a variety of maintenance tasks
across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, equipment installation, and
preventative maintenance. Responsibilities: Plumbing, electrical,
and HVAC repairs Light bulb & ballast replacement Door and lock
repairs Fire extinguisher inspections & emergency system testing
Site inspections & hazard reporting Project supervision
Qualifications ( MUST MEET ALL ): Experience in maintenance,
electrical, plumbing, or HVAC Strong troubleshooting skills Ability
to travel between sites Excellent communication & organizational
