Key Responsibilities Use microscopes , hand tools and equipment to deburr, sand, and polish metal or composite medical device parts, ensuring flawless finishes. Operate automated tumbling machines to process batches of components. Read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, and shop travelers to understand job requirements and quality standards. Utilize precision measurement tools to inspect finished parts for accuracy and cosmetic quality. Track progress and communicate any delays or issues to supervisors promptly. Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to all safety protocols. What You’ll Bring Experience with microscopes , hand tools, and basic manufacturing processes (deburring, sanding, polishing, etc.). Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and safety instructions in English. Strong manual dexterity and the ability to work under a microscope for extended periods (up to 8 hours). Basic math skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving. Understanding of how your work impacts the broader production process.
