Job Description Job Description Salary: 80,000 - 90,000 Joseph J. Albanese, Inc. is seeking a full-time Project Engineer to join our Project Management team. As a member of the Project Management department, this individual will report directly to a Project Executive. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION: Coordinates project activities and tracks materials Oversees and monitors production in conjunction with Foreman and Superintendent Updates project schedules and assists with job meetings Reviews submittals, prepares contract documents, and maintains contract files Drafts purchase orders, subcontracts, and change orders Ensures accuracy and timeliness of timecard processing Submits subcontractor invoices and requests for payment NOTE: These duties listed are meant to describe the general scope of the work. QUALIFICATONS: Bachelors degree in construction, engineering, or a related field Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, HCSS, and scheduling software Valid CA driver license Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications Excellent written and oral communication skills Strong work ethic, team player, and attention to detail OTHER: This position is not eligible for VISA sponsorship WHY JOIN JJA Joseph J.
