For the first time ever, executives can take a proactive approach to landing advisory work by being listed as an available advisor on, using tools and resources to promote themselves as an advisor, and immediately joining up to three advisory boards exclusively being sourced by AdvisoryCloud.We are actively looking for a dynamic, strategic-thinking and highly driven VP of Sales to lead, develop, and shape our Sales team to maximize profitability. You will be responsible for driving sales to hit personal targets and growth initiatives. As a strategic leader, you will collaborate closely with various in-house leaders across Technology, Operations and Marketing to position our capabilities, products, services and solutions effectively with top prospects. As a hands-on leader, you will support your team's sourcing and converting inbound leads while ensuring they are outperforming their sales targets at all times. You will strive to balance encouraging mentoring with effective performance management and developing every new hire into the company's future top-billers.What You'll Do:

  • Drive sales growth in a dynamic environment. Must be an innovative change artist in addition to adaptability to change requirements
  • Develop and implement budget-friendly programs for continued development and motivation of sales talent
  • Build and drive the outbound sales strategy, oversee the creation of the pipeline, identify verticals for growth and networking
  • Build and lead a high performing sales team to hit ambitious ever-growing targets
  • Oversee Salesforce, monitoring core metrics, KPIs, and trends and continuously identify areas of strength and areas for improvement
  • Create a culture of continuous improvement through regular analysis of the team's performance - reacting and inspiring change
  • Collaborate with Marketing to craft messaging, presentations and proposals
  • Assist the management team with analytics and decision-making.
  • Bring solutions for integration of support and sales that will further drive customer satisfaction
  • Mentor Sales management on best practices to develop future senior leaders.

    Who You Are:
    • 8+ years of Sales and/or Business Development experience, ideally in fast-growing start-up-like and SaaS environments
    • Highly successful and experienced in B2C and B2B sales practices
    • Track record of inspiring and mentoring sales teams from no-experience to top-performers
    • Proven individual contributor success in a full-cycle Sales role
    • Highly collaborative, with the ability to work cross-functionally and provide insight to various internal stakeholders across the business
    • Excellent knowledge of Salesforce
    • Tech-savvy, with a real passion for Technology
    • Skilled at identifying business opportunities with an awareness of financial factors
    • Extraordinary communication and negotiation skills
