Job Description Job SummaryManage and coordinate daily
activities of company operations. Participates in developing and
implementing policies and procedures. Prepare financial and/or
operational analyses and reports. Audits current procedures to
improve efficiency of operations. Major Tasks, Responsibilities and
Key Accountabilities
- Manages the daily operations of the company and its various
components.
- Develops or assists with the development and implementation of
policies and procedures consistent with those of the organization
to ensure efficient and safe operation
- Creates repeatable processes and implements the best
practices.
- Reviews and interprets financial and operating
information.
- Prepares financial/business reports for senior company
executives.
- Motivates associates to achieve peak productivity and
performance.
- Supervises personnel, which includes work allocation, training,
development, and problem resolution. Evaluates performance and
makes recommendations for personnel actions.Nature and Scope
- Solutions require analysis and investigation.
- Achieves planned results by decisions and actions based on
professional methods, business principles and practical
experience.
- Manages a group or team of professional individual contributors
and/or indirectly supervises support staff.Work Environment
- Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and
there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions
there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
- Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions
would be infrequent and not objectionable.
- Typically requires overnight travel 5% to 20% of the
time.Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age or older
- Must pass pre-employment assessment(s) if applicableEducation
and Experience
- Typically requires BS/BA in related discipline. Generally 7+
years experience in related field. May require certification.
Advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Quality assurance experience.
- Experience with full system development life cycles.
- Payroll systems experience, especially ADP/Lawson
