team.Position Summary:As a key member of the Global Brand Strategy
(GBS) team, the Director, Global Commercial Lead - Gene Therapy, is
responsible for leading cross-portfolio commercial initiatives in
support of planning for the successful commercialization of our
gene therapy pipeline and as needed other pipeline programs. The
individual will closely collaborate with Global Regional
stakeholders to identify important market trends, implement global
commercialization launch strategies, and communicate with senior
leaders all within a fast-moving, challenging and dynamic
commercial environment. This role will also be responsible for
leading the implementation of a consistent brand and tactical
planning process across the GBS group for specific products.Work
Model:Flex: This role will typically require onsite work 2-3 days
each week, or more depending on business needs. In many locations,
the business will set certain days each week that Flex employees
