???? About PlumePlume is the first fully-integrated and modular blockchain optimized for real-world assets (RWAs). We've built an EVM-compatible blockchain that's fast, efficient, and cost-effective, along with an onboarding platform that allows asset issuers to deploy RWAs onchain. Our network includes:

  • building dapps and tokenizing assets on Plume's testnet, including collectibles, real estate, equities, and private credit.
  • collaborating with Plume and offering specialized services to our ecosystem.
  • Our team comprises 20+ professionals from crypto, finance, and tech sectors, with backgrounds from:
    • Crypto: Coinbase, dYdX, LayerZero, Binance, Galaxy Digital, Kraken
    • Finance/Tech: JP Morgan, Robinhood, Google, Coupa, Affirm
    • Supported by investors including:
      • Haun Ventures, Galaxy Digital, Superscrypt, SV Angel, A Capital, Portal Ventures, among others.???? You are:An enthusiastic Ecosystem Manager with excellent communication skills, eager to learn and contribute in various ways. You will work closely with our Business Development team, gaining experience in relationship-building, market expansion, and partnership growth. Your role involves identifying new opportunities, expanding our partner network, and aiding initiatives that contribute to Plume's success.???? Overall Responsibilities
        • Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the main contact for a portfolio of ecosystem projects, fostering strong relationships and ensuring their success on Plume.
        • Onboarding and Training: Guide new ecosystem projects through onboarding, helping them understand Plume's ecosystem, features, and best practices to maximize their engagement.
        • Account Health Monitoring: Regularly assess the health of ecosystem projects through analytics and direct communication, aligning efforts with their business goals.
        • Drive Business Results: Work with internal teams (Marketing, Engineering, Sales) to address technical, product, or co-marketing opportunities that benefit the ecosystem.
        • Customer Education and Engagement: Create educational content, host webinars, and conduct training to ensure ecosystem projects are well-informed and fully utilizing Plume's ecosystem.
        • Documentation and Reporting: Keep detailed records of interactions, issues, and feedback in the CRM system.???? Within 1 month, you should expect to---
          • Gain familiarity with our brand, ecosystem, and marketing strategies.
          • Start building relationships with ecosystem partners and understand their marketing needs.
          • Collaborate with marketing and product teams on initial campaigns.???? Within 3 months, you should expect to---
            • Develop a thorough understanding of our marketing strategies.
            • Be fully integrated into marketing processes and lead key initiatives.
            • Drive engagement and growth within the Plume ecosystem.???? Qualifications
              • Experience: 3-5 years in customer success, account management, or client services, preferably in crypto.
              • Customer-Centric Mindset: Passion for customer success and proven ability to build positive relationships.
              • Crypto Native: Experience in crypto or active participation in crypto communities on platforms like Discord and Telegram.
              • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to resolve complex customer issues and act as a trusted advisor.
              • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using data to monitor customer health and identify opportunities.
              • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills for engaging with customers at all levels.
