and skills. Full-time employees are eligible for annual bonuses and
referral incentives. Temporary staff are not benefits-eligible but

after posting.ResponsibilitiesThe Executive Director leads daily
operations, staff relations, resident engagement, financial health,
and compliance. Develops and executes business plans, fosters a
positive community culture, and drives revenue growth. Collaborates
with sales to meet occupancy goals and ensures high-quality
resident experiences.
- Oversees all community operations, maintains relationships with
staff, residents, and families; collaborates with management.
- Develops business and financial plans, manages budgets, and
monitors performance to meet company standards.
- Supervises and motivates staff, promotes teamwork, and
maintains appropriate staffing levels.
- Recruits, develops, and retains high-quality staff; manages
promotions and disciplinary actions; analyzes recruitment and
retention trends.
- Ensures resident satisfaction, maintains positive relations,
and addresses concerns proactively. Partners with Resident Council
and manages surveys for continuous improvement.
- For assisted living/memory care, coordinates with clinical
leaders to ensure quality care and documentation, and oversees
resident services and compliance.
- Manages community finances, seeks revenue opportunities, and
controls expenses.
- Leads sales and marketing efforts to meet occupancy and revenue
targets, and builds community relationships.
- Represents the community externally, engaging with local
organizations and authorities.
- Maintains property standards through regular inspections and
preventative maintenance.
- Enforces policies and maintains necessary licenses and legal
compliance.This description provides an overview of the role;
additional duties may be assigned.#ZR-CTQualificationsEducation &
Experience: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's
preferred. Minimum two years in operational leadership, with
additional experience substituting for education.Certifications &
Licenses: Valid administrator license (if required), valid driver's
license, access to a vehicle.Management Skills: Strong leadership,
problem-solving, and decision-making abilities; capable of
overseeing multiple departments and staff.Knowledge & Skills:
Industry knowledge, effective communication, organizational skills,
and familiarity with Microsoft Office. Ability to delegate and
prioritize effectively.Physical & Working Conditions:
