Acquisition/Performance Media to join the Live Service Marketing
Organization. You will report into the Sr. Director Franchise
Performance Media, and be directly responsible for growing the
Battlefield Franchise.ResponsibilitiesLead a high-performing team
of data-driven marketers specializing in user acquisition for
Battlefield on PC, console and mobileSeek out performance media
solutions to critical business problems to help us grow and achieve
our goalsPartner with the Brand, product marketing, channel
marketing, creative and studio teams on go-to-market
strategiesEducate and influence senior partners in Studio, Fan
Growth, Creative and Publishing to maximize investment
returnsCollaborate with Analytics and Finance partners to refine
ROAS models to optimize performance metrics.Lead ROAS target
setting with the FC studios and commercial teams to hit games' top
and bottom line returns.Develop multi-year paid user acquisition
strategy that considers privacy landscape, use of AI and deep
lifecycle management connection.Change agent for advertising
partner roadmaps to better meet business demandsImprove strategies
to grow and maximize revenue for titlesCraft clear data-driven
narrative to senior managementRequirements8+ years' experience in
performance marketing, managing demand generation & the player
acquisition funnel across PC, console and mobile games3+ years of
experience in leadership/team manager roleExperience managing AAA
game media budgetsOwnership, accountability & ability to solution
complex problems.In-depth understanding of user acquisition
algorithms, Measurements, and creative best practices.BA/BS Degree
in marketing/finance or equivalent quantitative
fieldPassion/knowledge for video gamesCOMPENSATION AND BENEFITSThe
ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay
applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this
posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will
advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be
determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate
factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications,
experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs).PAY
RANGES* Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane)
* $136,600 - $202,300 USDIn the US, we offer a package of benefits
including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per
year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid
time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life
insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time
employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and
equity.In British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits
including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of
sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base
salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4
weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision
coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to
regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for
