Workplace & Real Estate Operations pro to join our Workplace
Experience team! This role is all about keeping things running
smoothly-managing leases, budgets, space planning, and tracking RTO
data to help us make informed decisions across workplace policies &
our real estate portfolio.You'll work closely with cross-functional
teams, help improve processes, and make sure our workplace
operations stay efficient and effective. If you love

- RTO Data Management:
- Process and analyze Return-to-Office (RTO) data, ensuring
accuracy and consistency across global offices.
- Manage data flow, track employee attendance, and generate
reports to assess compliance with in-office requirements.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Produce detailed monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports on RTO
data, space utilization, and other key real estate metrics.
- Present findings to leadership and stakeholders to drive
data-driven decision-making.
- Support real estate planning by maintaining real-time data on
office space availability, employee headcount, and space allocation
across locations.
- Ensure space optimization while maintaining operational
efficiency.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Facilities,
etc.) to ensure alignment on office space needs and collaborate on
any office-related issues.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to streamline data collection and
reporting processes, improve the accuracy of space planning, and
enhance overall real estate operations.
- Vendor & Lease Management:
- Assist with vendor coordination, lease management, and
maintaining relationships with landlords to ensure smooth operation
of office spaces.
- Compliance & Policy Adherence:
- Ensure all real estate processes adhere to company policies,
compliance standards, and legal requirements.What skills do I need?
- 3+ years of experience in Real Estate Operations, Workplace
Experience, or related fields.
- Strong data processing and analytical skills, with the ability
to manage large data sets and produce actionable insights.
- Proficiency in reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, and
reporting software).
- Experience with RTO data management or other workplace-related
data processes.
- Solid understanding of space utilization and facility
management principles.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work
effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to
changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in reporting and

eligibility to work in the United States is required.The base
salary range for candidates within the San Francisco Bay Area is
$121,000 - $155,000. Actual base pay will depend on a variety of
factors such as education, skills, experience, location, etc. The
base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the
future. All regular employees may also be eligible for the
corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (target included in
OTE) as well as stock in the form of Restricted Stock Units
(RSUs).Intercom has a hybrid working policy. We believe that
working in person helps us stay connected, collaborate easier and
create a great culture while still providing flexibility to work
from home. We expect employees to be in the office at least two
