At Ready Set GO Therapy , we're looking for an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our interdisciplinary team of talented therapists at our new Novato location! You'll have the opportunity to showcase your current skills, develop new skills and achieve personal growth. This is a part time position with the option to grow to full time. Base hourly range is $48-$54 per hour, based on experience, plus an additional $5 per hour for Saturday sessions. We offer a generous PTO plan, extensive mentorship, a Continuing Education Fund, and more. This dynamic position includes the chance to work in a variety of settings including our new, fully equipped SI gym, outdoor groups, and schools. The position could also be a match for a school-based therapist who is looking to supplement with clinic work during after-school hours, weekends, and summer or school breaks. Full Time and Part Time positions available.

Requirements:
Responsibilities of the Occupational Therapist: (Included, but not limited to)
- Evaluation and treatment. Caseload includes highly motivated families with typical age range of 2-12 years old and a variety of diagnoses, including ADHD, ASD, LD, and SPD.
- Collaboration with an interdisciplinary team
- Family and community education
- Communication with community professionals
- Potential to lead our Friendship Explorations summer camps and outdoor groups
