Since Veeva Compass is a new suite, you'll also build standard processes, determine success metrics, and develop best practices.You'll be embedded within the Product team to facilitate feedback and improvements.This role is ideal for someone passionate about data and eager to work closely with customers to ensure their success with our Compass data products.What You'll Do

• Own and manage customer relationships to maximize their value from Compass products, including adoption of new features and exploring broader use cases.
• Understand customer's commercial use cases and assist in navigating data to support their business needs.
• Lead onboarding and training on the Compass Portal & data products.
• Collaborate with Account Partners to support and engage customers.
• Develop internal dashboards and metrics for customer discussions.
• Support IT teams with data ingestion setup and coordinate technical resources.
• Work with the Product team to influence product roadmap and translate design decisions to customers.Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in life science data analytics.
• Customer-facing experience in consulting, health tech, or an internal analytical role in life sciences.
• Experience with prescription and medical claims, payer data, or sales/performance data sets.
• Supporting life sciences customer use cases like patient data analytics, targeting, segmentation, or incentive compensation.
• Proficiency in SQL for analytics.

• Base pay: $55,000 - $175,000
