Job Description:
Job Description Job Description About Us Our organization is
guided by a highly qualified clinical leader, a board-certified
psychiatrist specializing in child, adolescent, and adult care, who
also holds an additional certification in addiction medicine. Our
Approach At our organization, psychiatrists have the autonomy to
manage their own practices. Our dedicated support team is focused
on alleviating administrative responsibilities, allowing you to
dedicate more time to patient care. We also prioritize flexibility
in your practice location and schedule, enabling you to have
control over your working hours. Services Offered We provide
in-network outpatient treatment for both children and adults
dealing with various conditions, including depression, anxiety, and
attention disorders. However, we do not offer intensive outpatient
or partial hospitalization programs. We believe that addressing
accessibility issues in mental health care starts with supporting
our psychiatrists. We tackle the challenges faced by mental health
professionals, such as inadequate office infrastructure and the
pressures of being overworked and undercompensated in traditional
settings. Our goal is to close the gap in outpatient psychiatry by
delivering high-quality medical care in a contemporary environment
equipped with modern tools. Empowerment Through Technology
Utilizing proprietary technology designed by psychiatrists for
psychiatrists, we empower you to treat the populations and
conditions you are passionate about, fostering a practice that is
both fulfilling and intellectually stimulating. Insurance and
Billing We believe that psychiatric care should be accessible,
which is why we accept all major insurance plans. Our integrated
practice features a robust in-house billing and patient care
coordination team that manages billing and administrative tasks for
our clinical staff. Commitment to Diversity We are an equal
opportunity employer dedicated to fostering a diverse, inclusive,
and equitable workplace. We aim to create an environment where
everyone feels a sense of belonging and purpose, learning from the
unique experiences of those around us. Encouragement for All
Candidates We invite all qualified individuals to apply, regardless
of race, color, ancestry, religion, national origin, sexual
orientation, age, citizenship, marital or family status,
disability, gender, gender identity or expression, pregnancy or
caregiver status, veteran status, or any other legally protected
status. Join Our Team Our organization was created by psychiatrists
for psychiatrists, offering the stability and support of a hospital
group while maintaining the independence of a private practice. We
are currently looking for fully remote board-certified or
board-eligible psychiatrists to join our expanding national team.
