responsibilities Coordinate nursing care utilizing the nursing
process and established standards of care Supervise and direct
assigned nursing staff across various levels Collaborate with
multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
Exercise critical thinking, professional judgment, and clinical
decision-making Focus exclusively on labor and delivery services in
a dedicated unit Requirements: Current California Registered Nurse
(RN) license Labor and Delivery nursing experience required
Experience supervising and coordinating nursing staff preferred
Strong critical thinking and clinical judgment skills BLS and
