RN-Medical Surgical-Telemetry for a 13-week contract in Antioch,

Provide direct patient care in medical-surgical and telemetry
units. Monitor and assess patient vital signs and health status.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Participate in continuous professional development and training
programs. Maintain a high level of visibility and accountability in
work activities. Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and
implement care plans. Educate patients and families on health
management and recovery. Adhere to safety and infection control
protocols at all times. Document patient care activities and
outcomes accurately and timely. Utilize data and metrics to
evaluate patient care effectiveness. Engage in performance reviews
and set personal development goals. Assist in training and
mentoring new nursing staff. Experience/Qualifications Current RN
license in California with BLS and ACLS certifications. Commitment
to ongoing professional development and training. Experience in
medical-surgical and telemetry nursing preferred. Knowledge of
safety and infection control protocols. Willingness to engage in
performance reviews and set goals. Strong assessment skills to
monitor patient vital signs effectively. Ability to collaborate
with multidisciplinary healthcare teams. Strong communication
skills to educate patients and families. Proficiency in documenting
patient care and outcomes accurately. Ability to utilize data to
