a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner truly changes lives. Flexible 4 or
5-day schedule available. You must have a 103NP certification to be
considered for this role. Salary: $154,000- $215,000 full time
annual salary. Benefit Highlights: Employer-paid Health Insurance
(medical, dental and vision): 100% for employee and 80% for
dependents. 27 Vacation Days, 11 Paid Holidays, 8 Days Sick Leave
(1 hour for every 30 hours worked) Retirement Plan with 6% match
CME allowance, DEA fee waiver and low patient to provider ratio
Duties: Provide direct psychiatric services through comprehensive
evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of patients, including
prescribing and administering medications. Collaborate with
interdisciplinary team members; including psychiatrists (on-site
and via telepsychiatry), primary care providers, behavioral health
clinicians, or nursing staff, to develop, implement, or evaluate
treatment plans. Qualifications: Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse
Practitioner (PMHNP). Active CA Registered Nurse license and CA
Nurse Practitioner license with a 103 certification. Completion of
a psychiatric residency or Board Certified Psychiatric-Mental
Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). Knowledge of providing
culturally competent services to a variety of diverse patients.
Proficiency with computers, information systems and experience
working in a Electronic Health Record (EHR) environment. About Us:
