Marysville & Red Bluff Job Type: Full-Time Reports To: Director of
Community Development Job Summary: The Day Hab Center Manager is
responsible for overseeing the daily operations, staff, and
programs at centers dedicated to day habilitating neighbors with
homelessness, at risk of homelessness or substance abuse issues,
through training, classes, sustaining their tenancy, and CHW
services. This role ensures the center provides high-quality care
and meets all regulatory and program standards. Key
Responsibilities: Program Management: Develop and implement goals,
objectives, policies, and procedures for the center. Ensure the
provision of quality care services to all clients. Coordinate with
medical professionals, therapists, and other healthcare providers
to design individualized care plans. Monitor and ensure compliance
with local, state, and federal regulations and standards. Staff
Supervision: Recruit, train, and supervise staff members. Conduct
regular staff meetings and provide ongoing training and
development. Evaluate staff performance and provide constructive
feedback. Client Engagement: Lead and participate in group training
activities to maintain client retention. Organize and manage client
records, ensuring their privacy and confidentiality. Address and
resolve any concerns or complaints raised by clients or their
families. Community Integration: Promote increased community
integration and assist in the development of natural supports.
Strengthen coping skills and encourage socialization to enhance
clients quality of life. Administrative Duties: Prepare and manage
the annual budget for the center. Ensure timely completion of case
notes, assessments, and social histories. Submit incident reports
and person-centered plans within required time spans. Approve
timesheets, mileage, and time-off requests for supervised staff.
Actively engage in the creation, development, and implementation of
local, regional, and national programs and initiatives to drive
business growth and enhance operational efficiency. Qualifications:
Preferred Bachelors degree in healthcare management, Social Work,
Psychology, or a related field or a minimum of 3-5 years of
experience in healthcare management, preferably in day hab
services. OR Any combination of education and experience that
qualifies the candidate to manage Day Habilitation and tenany
sustaining services. Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of
local, state, and federal healthcare regulations. Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM, with occasional evenings and
