Your Role at Cyti: Deliver in-person therapy for individuals, children (ages 5), couples, and families. Conduct clinical assessments and create collaborative, effective treatment plans. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in our EHR. Participate in optional peer support groups and training sessions. What Youll Bring: Active California license: LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Psychologist (PsyD/PhD) Masters or Doctoral degree in a related field Experience working with children is required Strong clinical judgment, communication, and empathy Willingness to work fully in-office at our Oakland, location, Monday to Friday.
