Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not

working directly with students to enhance their functional

The position is based in Middletown, DE, and requires travel
between assigned schools to deliver comprehensive therapy services.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct evaluations to assess students
occupational therapy needs. Develop individualized treatment plans
tailored to student goals. Implement therapeutic interventions to
address physical, sensory, and cognitive challenges. Collaborate
with educators, administrators, and families to support student
progress. Maintain thorough documentation of therapy sessions and
student outcomes. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as
needed. Qualifications and Desired Experience: Masters degree in
Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Current state
licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in Delaware.
Experience working within school-based settings preferred. Strong
knowledge of pediatric therapy techniques and educational impact.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility and
willingness to travel between multiple school locations. Location:
