Kaiser Permanente Georgia is seeking a highly skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our dedicated anesthesiology team. In this role, you will be responsible for administering anesthesia and providing care before, during, and after surgical procedures, aligning with our commitment to enhance health outcomes by offering top-tier medical services. This position requires a deep understanding of anesthesia techniques, patient monitoring, and adherence to healthcare regulations, ensuring every patient experiences safe and effective pain management. Administer anesthesia and manage patient sedation during surgical procedures. Monitor patient responses to anesthesia and adjust medications as necessary. Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other medical professionals. Ensure adherence to safety and health guidelines to provide optimal patient care. Conduct pre-operative screenings and post-operative follow-ups with patients. Proficient in various anesthesia techniques and tools. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to respond quickly and effectively in stressful conditions. Current Registered Nurse license.
