SERVER/BUSSER/BARBACK Yountville, CA Be part of the beginning! Join the team of the newest restaurant in Yountville, Clementine! We are hiring Servers, Bussers, and Barbacks! JOB SUMMARY: As a member of the front-of-house team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. Whether engaging directly with guests, supporting service flow, or ensuring our dining room and bar are fully stocked and pristine, you'll contribute to a collaborative environment where every detail matters. ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: * Deliver exceptional, guest-first service by anticipating needs and supporting a memorable dining experience * Maintain a clean, organized, and polished dining room, bar, and service areas * Assist with table clearing, resetting, and maintaining service flow throughout the shift * Support servers and bartenders by stocking supplies, glassware, utensils, and service stations * Possess working knowledge of food, beverage, and wine offerings appropriate to role * Navigate the P.O.S. system as needed and follow proper cash-handling procedures * Execute opening, closing, and side work duties with attention to detail * Understand the layout and flow of the restaurant and work cohesively with the entire team * Maintain all required certifications, including Alcohol Awareness and Food Handler Safety (as required by state and county) * Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: * High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in upscale dining or hospitality preferred. * Valid Alcohol Awareness Certification (must meet state regulations). * Valid Food Handlers Certification (must meet state regulations). * Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly. * Ability to assess situations and make quick, accurate decisions. * Capable of performing well in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
