high-quality clinical interventions from reproductive care and
pregnancy, infant care and pediatrics, to hormonal health through
perimenopause and menopause, with long-term preventive care and
condition management. Our model delivers 24/7 multispecialty care
to address the medical, behavioral, and social factors that most
significantly impact outcomes for women and children. We partner

work directly with our data team to find meaningful insights on
patient engagement patterns and turn them into systems that work at
scale. What You'll Do Prototype and build features to improve our
patient outreach and automated re-engagement platform Test and

communication modalities Own large product areas end-to-end, with
the opportunity to build net-new products from scratch Partner with

and efficiently pitch our message to prospective patients? How can
we leverage new advancements in voice AI to reach patients at

personalize messaging and optimize response rates? Why do certain
patients stay engaged and others churn? Tech Stack React, Kotlin,

shipping high-quality software, ideally in growth, engagement, or
outreach-oriented products You're comfortable working across the
full stack and moving between frontend, backend, and data tooling
You're excited about applying AI and LLMs to real product problems,
not just experimenting with them You're keeping up with trends in
LLM coding agents to multiply your engineering impact You enjoy
rapid experimentation and are comfortable with ambiguity We'll be
especially excited if you: Have experience building outreach,
messaging, or communication systems at scale Have worked with voice

for this role. Individual pay decisions are ultimately based on a
number of factors, including qualifications for the role,
experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal
equity. Given that this role is open to candidates of different
skill levels, determining a salary range is challenging. A
reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $160,000 to
$220,000. We expect most candidates to fall in the middle of the
