Job Description:
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent
practical experience. 8 years of experience testing, and launching
software products. 5 years of experience building and developing
large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems or networks, or
experience with compute technologies, storage, or hardware
architecture. 3 years of experience with software design and
architecture. Experience in software development with a focus on
integer programming, linear programming, or constraint programming.
Experience with computational modeling. Preferred qualifications:
Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a
related technical field. 8 years of experience with data structures
and algorithms. 3 years of experience in a technical leadership
role leading project teams and setting technical direction. 3 years
of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization involving
cross-functional, or cross-business projects. About the job

end-to-end planning, design and deployment of the network

planning, capacity planning, cost optimized network design, and
automated workflow-driven deployment. In addition, with the growth
in Google Cloud, the need to evaluate and respond to changes
quickly is essential and driven by AI/ML growth. In this role, you
will be central to realizing this goal through NetSoft
(go/netsoft), operating in a problem space that is broad with high
ambiguity, and a ton of opportunities to learn and as well to make

critical business problems. The US base salary range for this
full-time position is $207,000-$300,000 bonus equity benefits. Our
salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within
the range, individual pay is determined by work location and
additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and

Responsibilities Lead technical direction for the team by designing
and architecting highly available, reliable, and scalable
customer-facing systems. Drive software design and implementations
while adhering to software best practices and architectural
considerations on a project-wide level. Collaborate across teams
effectively, driving requirements and converting the outcomes into
simplified solutions. Analyze AI/ML applications, performance
monitoring, identify key problem areas, work with various
dependency teams, prioritize and drive solutions effectively to
consensus. Drive projects to improve development velocity,
engineering excellence and product excellence.
