Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent
practical experience. 8 years of experience in software
development. 5 years of experience with full-stack development,
including experience with prototyping, and programming in Java or
Kotlin. 3 years of experience with software design and
architecture. Preferred qualifications: Master’s degree or PhD in
Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. 8
years of experience with data structures and algorithms. 3 years of
experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and
setting technical direction. 3 years of experience working in a
complex, matrixed organization involving cross-functional, or
cross-business projects. Experience building and developing scaled
full stack web, backend, and mobile applications. About the job

engineer, you will work on a specific project critical to Google’s

technology forward. In this role, you will lead 0-1 style execution
for growing subscribers for the Google One AI plans. Operating in a

product, design, and engineering leadership to rapidly prototype
concepts and translate them into measurable business impact. You
will navigate ambiguity, bringing technical clarity to complex
problems, and exerting influence across backend, mobile, and web

salary range for this full-time position is $207,000-$300,000 bonus
equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level,
and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by
work location and additional factors, including job-related skills,

leadership on high-impact projects. Design, develop, test, deploy,
maintain, and enhance large-scale software solutions. Drive the
near-term and long-term goals for attached teams. Work in a dynamic
0-1 environment. Partner and collaborate with engineering teams,
product management, and UX designers to rapidly prototype ideas and
influence the roadmap to ensure the timely development of
high-impact business solutions. Collaborate, provide mentorship,
and develop other team members. Help define the long-term technical
roadmap, bring clarity to ambiguity, and explore reusable and
scalable implementation solutions. Proactively spot new
opportunities and future needs. Participate in and lead design
discussions across backend, mobile, and web platforms and influence
across various product and leadership teams.
