The Legal Counsel, Employment position will be responsible for providing advice and counsel on all labor and employment-related matters at the company, including recruiting, hiring, inclusion and diversity, employee relations, COVID-related safety protocols and policies, flexible and remote work arrangements, performance management, leaves of absence and accommodations, wage and hour, pay equity, internal investigations and employment litigation, non-competition, immigration, sick leave compensation and benefits, privacy, and contingent workers. -

Work Model:

Flex: can complete work from home during the pandemic; once return to the office 2-3 days in office to be expected and established with manager.
