years through our digital platform, books and gifts, online
subscriptions and innovative Dad Hacks such as Daddy Day, Annual
Dad Plans, and Dad Visioning. We believe being a Dad is amazing,

balance work, home and everything else. So, we decided to do
something about it, and built a company solely devoted to giving
fellow Dads just a little bit of help and inspiration on this
amazing journey they call fatherhood.
WonderDads is looking for an inside salesperson, Business
Development Representative to negotiate and develop rewards, perks,
and discounts for our members. You are customer-focused,
sales-driven, tech-savvy, and highly organized. You possess
excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving and communication
skills. Your ability to identify ideas for process improvements
will drive customer satisfaction and growth. You thrive in a
fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Handle sales cycle and outreach to companies WonderDads wants to
partner with to offer a perk, discount, or freebie for our
Coordinate discount outreach from our current members looking to
share with other members.
Manage all inbound contacts reaching out to WonderDads to share a
perk, discount, or freebie.
Manage larger deals and work through the funnel with key companies
that could offer one big discount or freebie to all of our
Building client base and relationships.
Assist in the creation of member benefits materials.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Experience in business development, partnerships, or sales is a
Experience managing a CRM to track leads and status.
Excellent communication skills through verbal conversations with
leads and written emails.
Strong interpersonal skills: positive, respectful, and a great

Education, Experience and Training:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 1-3 years in customer experience.
Proficiency with MAC iOS operating system preferred.
