Job Description:
Primary responsibilities: -
- Answering technical questions from end customers and resellers.

- Periodic check -in/out with Support Manager to review urgent
cases and available resources. -
- Escalate Direct Customer issues to Service Department Staff and
work as acting liaison for collecting information before visit, and
verify customer satisfaction post - visit. -
- Provide one --on-one screen sharing to demonstrate our online
software capabilities during web training sessions. -
- Maintaining knowledge base, reviewing periodically to refresh
or deprecate old information. Translation of proofed documentation.

- Work with sales department to communicate with end customers to
understand their needs. - -Additional secondary responsibilities:

- During peak times or absences provide back up to Customer
Support. -
- General Support to Director of Customer Service and Customer
Support. -
- Special Projects. - -Employment Requirements: -
- Computer skills at the command line level. Experience with
Unix-like command line is a plus. -
- Advanced knowledge of DC/analog circuits. Ohm's law, 4 --20mA,
0- -5VDC. Calculating voltage drops and analysis of complex
circuits. -
- Knowledge of electronic test equipment including multimeter and
oscilloscope. -
- Minimum 2 years experience in a customer-facing position
required. -
- Basic knowledge of equipment assembly and physical principles
required. -
- Some experience with farm work preferred. -
- Ability to learn on the job, adapting to changing conditions.
