As a Medical Billing / AR your roles and responsibilities will include: Follow up of outstanding Credit Balance A/R for all payers and/or including self-pay. This position is responsible for handling all correspondence related to an insurance or patient account, contacting insurance carriers, patients and other facilities as needed to resolve credit balance accounts and identify issues or changes. Responsible for working EDI transactions and ERA files, including reconciling carrier submissions, edits and rejection reports resulting in Credit balances.We understand that even if you are a seasoned Medical Billing / AR you may not have all the skills listed here.
