Job Description:
Accountable for the implementation and support of products,
including the launch of new products, defect management,
prioritization, and system support and quality control. Supports
the overall product management strategy and lifecycle. Partners
with other business units on product development, strategy,
pricing, and implementation, leading execution of Home Products.
Drives strategy and innovation related to future technology
products. Responsible for achieving broader business outcomes
aligned with enterprise goals.Internal candidates are encouraged to

needs. The role is hybrid, requiring a minimum of 10 days per month
in one of the specified office locations: Madison, WI; Boston, MA;
Denver, CO; Keene, NH; St. Joseph, MO; Phoenix, AZ.

Rate Type:SalaryCompensation varies based on job level and
location. Relocation support available for eligible
candidates.Primary Accountabilities
- Implement and support assigned products and system releases,
including defect prioritization and executing key initiatives.
Collaborate with technology partners on system solutions,
requirements, proposals, and costs.
- Support creation of underwriting strategies and policies based
on industry trends, internal capabilities, and business
performance. Manage product lifecycle stages from planning to
post-launch analysis.
- Establish underwriting referral rules and processes for new
capabilities.
- Act as a translator for customer, product, and internal
stakeholder needs.
- Maintain business rules, requirements, and documentation.
- Contribute to product and pricing planning, including system
impact processes.
- Assist in communication, education, and launch of
products.
- Collaborate on operational data, metrics, reporting, and
provide product intent for technology solutions.
- Prioritize initiatives and secure stakeholder commitments using
strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Mentor team members and support their development.Specialized
Knowledge & Skills
- Experience delivering customer-driven solutions, support, or
service.
- Deep understanding of Property and Casualty Insurance product
design and underwriting.
- Knowledge of software development processes with a focus on
quality and operational efficiency.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies, practices,
and tools.
- Experience with data-driven products and iterative development
to solve business problems.Travel & Physical Requirements
- Travel up to 10%.
- Work primarily involves sitting and standing.Additional Notes
