Senior Land Surveyor (CA Professional Land Surveyor's License required) Novato, CA - North San Francisco Bay Salary range: $110,000 to $125,000 depending on experience Oberkamper & Associates Civil Engineers, Inc. is an established consulting firm that has provided civil engineering and land surveying services to north bay residents, public agencies, construction companies and private developers for over 55 years. We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill an opening for Senior Land Surveyor. The ideal candidate would be a strong communicator, a team player and self-motivated to learn and teach emerging cutting-edge survey industry technologies as they develop. Responsibilities: Responsible for oversight and decisions related to complex land surveying projects as well as managerial oversight & project scheduling Preparation of fee estimates and proposals Boundary & topographic surveys, preparation of Records of Survey & Lot Line Adjustments, & AutoCAD mapping using Civil 3D Deliver a comprehensive set of surveying and mapping services to clients as their single point of contact Desired Skills & Experience: California P.L.S. (Required) Proficiency in Trimble Business Center, AutoCAD Civil 3D, & MS Office Managing projects from proposal and contract preparation through deliverables Data processing of conventional and GNSS (RTK & Static) data GNSS Post-Processing A strong understanding of geodetic surveys - familiarity with State Plane Coordinates, low distortion projections, geoid modeling, etc. Benefits: Company funded Medical, Dental & Vision Flexible Scheduling Equal Opportunity Employer Paid Sick Leave Large Office Space Paid Vacation and Holidays On-site free Gym Please contact us!
