the best talent for a Systems Laboratory Technician, to be located
in Santa Clara, CA.Purpose: The Systems Lab Technician is
responsible for maintaining the systems laboratory, changing
hardware and software configurations, performing testing, and
supporting a collaborative and compliant laboratory space. This is

from a technical perspective and how it behaves and operates as
well as the laboratory space and how it should perform to meet

advancements in medical robotics, instrumentation, navigation and

procedures.You will be responsible for:
- Maintaining a systems laboratory to facilitate product
development and verification.
- Performing hardware and software changes to laboratory
equipment by following SOPs and Work Instructions.
- Performing testing by following protocols and written test
cases.
- Participating in cross-functional teams to support project
needs.
- Tabulate test data and provide results to the team.
- Communicate status on project assignments to the broader
team.
- Ability to work independently and on a team.Qualifications /
Requirements:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- 5+ years working experience in industry or in a research
environment.
- Knowledge of medical device or other regulated industry
- Ability to assemble test setups using mechanical and electrical
equipment.
- Ability to run electromechanical tests and collect data
- Proficient in updating engineering teams on progress towards
objectives and tasks
- Utilize small hand tools for basic mechanical fixturing
- Support formal verification activities
- Knowledge of FDA and ISO regulations preferred (i.e. FDA CFR
Part 820 and/or ISO13485).
- Ability to work independently as well as on a multifunctional
team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skillsPreferred Skills
& Experience:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word and
Excel
- Experience with SolidWorks
- Experience in the medical device industry
- Well organized and able to track information in
spreadsheetsAdditional Information:The anticipated base pay range
for this position is $61,000 to $86,000. The Company maintains
highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under
current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual
performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable
plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to
provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by
rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a
calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's
discretion on an individual basis. ---

participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit
programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and
