Responsibilities will involve identifying and assessing possible deals, executing market research and analysis, settling deals, and promoting properties. The prime candidate ought to be able to operate in a cooperative environment and have impressive interpersonal and verbal communication capabilities.

Responsibilities:
--- Identify and evaluate potential customers by researching the local market and analyzing data
--- Negotiate contracts with clients and facilitate transactions
--- Develop a strategic book of leads for acquisition targets
--- Keep up to date on market conditions, property values, and relevant legislation
--- Guide clients through walk-throughs to understand their needs and budget
--- Advertise properties to tenants and landlords and provide them with relevant information
--- Maintain accurate records in the company's CRM platform leads funnel or database
--- Establish and maintain relationships with tenants/landlords in order to generate renewals and recommendations
--- Monitor and update listings of available properties
--- Participate in the completion of paperwork for real estate transactions

Qualifications:
--- A valid California real estate license
--- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Real Estate
--- Good knowledge of the local market (San Francisco Bay Area)
--- Self-sufficient
--- Goal-oriented with a focus on personal development; attention to detail and organization is critical
--- Understanding of marketing and advertising practices
--- Prior Sales Experience Required

Required Education
--- Bachelor's or Associate's degree with state-mandated coursework in real estate
