We are seeking a compassionate, growth-oriented Associate Optometrist to join our practice and support continued expansion, including the development of specialty services. Position Highlights: 4-day workweek (5-day option available) No weekends and no on-call responsibilities 30-minute comprehensive exams that are never rushed Competitive compensation with opportunity for growth Supportive, experienced staff and a collegial practice culture Family-oriented private practice with a strong community reputation Technology and Clinical Scope: You will practice full-scope optometry using advanced diagnostic and treatment technology, including: Optos widefield imaging Optovue OCT TearLab Humphrey Visual Field Oculus Keratograph OptiLight IPL In-house finishing lab Optical boutique featuring curated, high-quality eyewear Our clinical environment is designed to support thorough care, professional autonomy, and continued clinical development.
